We came here for 2 weeks at the start of September with our 2 kids ages 14 and 10 on an ultra all inclusive package. We got checked in pretty quickly and were taken by a buggy to our lodge. Accommodation- we had a 2 bedroom lodge with hot tub. The kids room had bunk beds with their own bathroom and shower. The main room had a good sized bed with a stocked fridge of cava , beers and soft drinks (which was re filled daily) . Air con was great! We had issues with our locks after the first week our bands wouldn’t scan, after a few attempts to fix and couldn’t we were moved to another lodge identical to the one we were in. Food- the main restaurant was the one we used , we never had any issues finding something to eat and enjoyed everything that was there. Although it was busy we never had trouble finding seats and there were hardly any queues. You also can ask for a bottle of wine for your table and if you don’t finish it you can take it back to your room.

martinah441: This place is nice, my kids have really enjoyed it, the zoo and water park are great and we haven’t had to spend loads of money with it being all inclusive, the low points are, the food, it is really bland it’s almost like the chefs don’t season anything, I know a lot of all inclusive is bland though, the entertainment is fab and the mini disco though, it’s mainly the food that lets it down, it’s in need of a facelift but the rooms are immaculate and cleaned everyday

LPSP: Just come back from a 5 night stay with my 3 year old. The hotel is fantastic, lots to do, zoo on site, access to the waterpark, multiple pools. There was always food available its just knowing where to go, when! I did find once we had our wrist band it was a little - go figure it out- but nothing major! Danny the entertainer in the evening was fantastic, really got the kids excited for the disco! The zoo was fantastic, loads to see!! The only things I would say to mark down from a 5, would be the hours for the kids entertainment. The mini disco starts at 830; and for me personally with a 3 year old it's too late with a 930 finish and keeping them awake and happy after long days in the heat

We stayed here for a week in August in a 3 bed Polynesian lodge with 3 adults and 2 children. The lodge was in a great location opposite the football pitch which meant we were right by the main pools. The lodge was clean and although not hugely spacious, it was fine for us. The mini bar was restocked every day as we were all inclusive ultra. The pools weren't huge but there were different pools to choose from. The bali pools overlooking the elephants were amazing, such a luxury. No floats or balls allowed in the pools though. We found there weren't enough sunbeds and if you weren't there early enough you had no choice but to hire the bali beds at €30 a day. We did this a couple of times as the luxury of having drink and snack service was worth it for us.

Venture: Cabins worked really well for us. Plenty of room and 2 shower rooms was great. Fantastic idea to have your room key on your wristband Zoo - did not expect it to be as good as it was. Really, really good Con’s Food - reasonable quality but very poor for vegetarians. Literally just main meals minus the meat other than vegetable lasagne served once. No hot snacks etc served at pool bars. We weren’t able to book the ‘ultra inclusive’’ but I don’t think we missed out on much. Certainly nothing like brands like Mistis offer. 3* at best
